The company is based in Los Angeles with a presence in Paris France where Sarah Matalon operates their sibling venture 6BroFilms. The company has recently formed an alliance with executive producer and creator Richard Joel and his 405 Productions. Together Chatsby & 405 will be focused on the development and production of alternative television programming across a wide range of reality genres, with distinct and viable business models across various platforms that all have inherent secondary revenue potential.

The show will focus on the family behind this 30 year old hollywood based business. Sibling partners Sol Lehr and Ellen Black are behind some of the most famous and infamous invitations in the business including this summer's ill fated wedding between Kim Kardashian and Chris Humphries.
